General

It is your responsibility to make sure that you are there to pick your child up on time after their session has finished.

Permission for children to go home alone must be given in writing.

A missed session is not reimbursed or made up for at an alternative date

In the event of inclement weather, you must assume the group will go ahead unless you hear otherwise from a member of the coaching team.

Children are suggested to always bring a raincoat with a hood.

If half a lesson is done and it starts raining heavily, the lesson is considered completed.

Photographs and videos of training sessions are often taken at the club for social media/marketing purposes. If you wish to opt out, please inform a member of the team or email fglondontennis@gmail.com
Payments & Cancellations
All payments must be made in advance.
Any courses that have insufficient numbers of participants may be cancelled at the discretion of the Head Coach. In this case money paid will be refunded or another course may be booked if places are available.
For Private Sessions
We understand that cancellations do happen. However, we request that you make any cancellations clear as soon as you are aware so that the coaches can organise replacement lessons.

More than 48 hours before the lesson: No charge.
48 hours before the lesson: Full rate charged.
